Returns:

You have up to 7 days to return any of our products, as long as they are not used or tampered with. All returned goods must be in their original packaging and must be accompanied by the original shipping invoice/receipt.

There will be a $5.00 fee applied to all return orders.

The carrier for return of goods (UPS, FedEx, USPS) is at your discretion. Despite this, we suggest choosing a method that provides tracking. We are not responsible for lost return packages.

Any errors regarding returns from Jesch Jewelry will be our responsibility and we will facilitate the Returns Process as much as possible.

Should any error on our part occur, please send an email to hello@jeschjewelry.com com and we will provide full assistance in your case.

If the reason for the exchange is a manufacturing defect, no additional fee will be implemented.

Refunds will be made to the original form of payment for all returns, including items received as gifts. Refunds can also be issued as a form of store credit, if desired.

Exchanges:

To exchange, the delivery must be unused, keeping the original, with customers responsible for the Return shipping. The deadline is 7 days after the purchase details and a fee of $5.00 is charged for the exchange.

Please allow 2-3 business days for your return to be processed, after receiving data at our address. Your refund will be processed within 3-14 business days and will be credited to your credit card once the process is complete.

You will receive an email confirming the exchange or return.

INTERNATIONAL RETURNS

For international purchases we only carry out returns, and exchanges are not possible.

Ship the product you wish to return to the address below within 7 days of the day you received your package.

You must write your order number on the outside of the package. Your refund will be made in the original form of payment. We cannot refund fees, taxes or shipping charges - other than from Jesch Jewelry.
